    Consultation Services

    We offer consultations to discuss your case. For personal injury matters, there is no fee unless we win. For estate planning, a consultation fee of $250 applies, which is credited toward your plan if you retain our firm. During a consultation, we will evaluate whether we can assist you with your legal matter. There is no obligation to hire us after a consultation.

    Fees and Payment

    For personal injury cases, we work on a contingency fee basis - you pay no fees unless we win your case. Specific fee arrangements will be detailed in your retainer agreement. Clients are typically responsible for case-related expenses such as filing fees, expert witness fees, and investigation costs.
