Meet the Principal and founding attorney
Dolina Lascaze, Esq.
If you've been in an accident, you may feel overwhelmed. I am here to help and get you results. My role is to guide you through this process, protect your rights, and get you results. As a proud graduate of the UF Law, I began my career as a prosecutor, where I gained extensive courtroom experience and a deep respect for the justice system. That foundation of public service drives my work everyday.Clients dealing with car accidents or negligence of others, I understand the overwhelming questions and uncertainty you're facing. I am here to guide you through this process, fight for fair compensation and get you the result you deserve. I've tried more than 40 criminal trials and over 20 civil trials to verdict. My experience includes working directly with insurance companies at high levels and supervised teams of attorneys, giving me a valuable insider's perspective on the strategies they use to defend cases. Today, I use that knowledge to anticipate challenges, build stronger cases, and deliver results for my clients. As a member of the South Florida community, I understand the challenges families face after an accident, and I'm committed to using my experience to get them results.I provide clients with estate planning guidance today to protect tomorrow and manage difficult transitions. In my work with estate and trust, I provide compassionate and clear guidance on everything from drafting wills and trusts to navigating probate. I know that these decisions can be deeply personal and emotional, and my goal is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. I am dedicated to providing the detailed, respectful, and results-driven representation you need.
